Eleven of our members attended the Inaugural Australia Day Shoot at Hornsby Range.
Ted Boreham spent the day in Stats, meticulously scrutinising scorecards against the ever-reliable HEXTA results. The rest of us enjoyed a great day on the range. Despite early forecasts of scorching temperatures, The weather on the day was perfect, the overcast sky, which threatened rain but produced none, gave us even light all day. Top Marks to North Shore District who put this event together at very short notice due to the cancellation of the Festival of Sydney Shoot. A great effort by all those who assisted. The lunch was great, Lamb Rolls and Pavlova, what more could you ask for on Australia Day!
Grant Roberts (TR 'B') won first place in Match 2 and Adrian Hall (F Std 'A') took out second place in Match 3.
